500 gms skinless chicken breast.
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dry sherry wine(optional)
2 tbsp cornstarch
3tbsp chopped peeled ginger
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
3 tbsp vegetable oil
6 onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 green pepper or green capsicum, cut into pieces
1 red pepper, cut into pieces
1/2 cup cashew
1.Cut chicken breast into thin slices.
2.In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, ginger, sugar,red pepper flakes and add chicken.
3.In a large fry pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil on medium heat.
4.Add the onions,red pepper,green pepper and cook, stir regularly for 3 min,till they become tender.
5.Now, move the vegetables to a new bowl.
6.Again ,add 1 tablespoon oil in the fry pan until very hot.
7.Put the chicken and stir, until chicken gets its color for 2 to 3 minutes.
8.Add vegetables to pan containing chicken for 3 min.
9. Transfer the chicken and vegetables mixture into the serving dish and garnish with cashew.
