dark soy sauce
Soak mushrooms, dried scallops for about 2 hours or until all soften. Soak black moss for about 30 minutes and set aside.
In a pot on low to medium heat, put mushrooms, dried scallops, abalone, dark soy sauce, water and sugar and simmer for about 1.5 hour. Then add in black moss and simmer for another half an hour. Boil bok choy in another pot and line the bottom of the plate. Dish out simmered food and pour on top of the bok choy and serve.
