2 pack Robinson jelly powder in mango flavor
1 cup boiling hot water
1 1/3 cup room temperature water
1 cup Carnation evaporated milk
1 mango cut into cubes (optional)
Mix 2 packs of mango jelly powder with 1 cup boiling hot water in a bowl, stir until everything dissolve. Put in 1 1/3 cup room temperature water, stir and wait for about 10 minutes or until it cools down to room temperature completely. Pour in 1 cup of carnation evaporated milk and stir. You can add in fresh mango if you like (skip if you prefer the Chinese restaurant style). Pour mixture into cups or little bowls, put into fridge for about 3 to 4 hours. Serve with evaporated milk on top.
*Robinson brand jelly powder can be found in T&T and NoFrills. And I suggest you use Carnation brand evaporated milk.
